Welcome to Cleansta, a photo storage cleaning utility app developed by Evergreen Apps. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of Cleansta. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Cleansta is a photo organization and storage management app for iOS. The app helps users detect duplicate or unwanted photos, manage storage, and clean up their local photo library

What Cleansta Does:

• Identifies duplicate, blurry, or similar photos

• Helps users manage and organize their photo library

• Moves deleted photos to the Recently Deleted album in the iOS Photos app

• Provides recommendations for storage optimization

What Cleansta Does Not Do:

• Store, upload, or access your photos outside your device

• Share or sell your data to third parties

• Permanently delete your photos (unless you manually clear the Recently Deleted album)

3. User Eligibility & Requirements

By using Cleansta, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum age requirement in your country).

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You will not use Cleansta for illegal or unauthorized activities

4. Subscription & Payment

Cleansta may offer free and premium (paid) features. If you purchase a subscription, you agree

to the following terms:

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

• Payments are processed via Apple’s App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4.2 Managing Your Subscription

• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

• If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the current billing cycle ends.

• We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods, unless required by law.

5. Photo Access & Data Privacy

To function properly, Cleansta requires access to your photo library. By granting this access, you understand and agree that:

• Cleansta does not store, upload, or share your photos.

• Deleted photos move to the Recently Deleted album in iOS.

• You can revoke access anytime via Settings > Privacy > Photos > Cleansta.

6. User Responsibilities

By using Cleansta, you agree to:

• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Not engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or exploitation of the app.

Evergreen Apps is not responsible for any accidental deletions, data loss, or incorrect user actions.

7. Intellectual Property

Cleansta and all associated content, trademarks, and logos are owned by Evergreen Apps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cleansta solely for personal use.

• Available at all times without downtime

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Evergreen Apps shall not be liable for:

• Data loss, accidental deletions, or unintended file removals

• Device malfunctions, app crashes, or software conflicts

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Cleansta

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

Evergreen Apps reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any user violating these Terms.

• Modify or discontinue any features or services at any time.

If your access is terminated, you will not receive refunds for previous payments.

10. App Updates & Changes

We may update Cleansta to improve performance, security, or functionality. You agree to:

• Install all available updates for continued service.

• Accept potential feature changes or removals.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

If a dispute arises, we encourage informal resolution first by contacting our support team. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration or a competent court in Delaware.
